Agriculture minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu told the Assembly on Monday that state government is committed to release 20000 rupees to each former under annadata sukhibhava scheme. Government has streamlining all the scheme that were abandoned by the previous govt, he also said that adding that farmers will receive all Central sponsored schemes to help farming community.
The state has witnessed several natural calamities including cyclone, flood, and drought in different villages in last 5 years and absence of Crop Insurance Scheme resulted in messive loss to the farmers. Agriculture minister also explain that they have revived the Crop Insurance came to the of focus to extend crop damage cost during natural calamities.
During the previous regime also duped the farmers by promising to give them rs 12,500 as input consistence in addition to pm kisan scheme. However government granted just 7500 and merge the scheme with pm Kisan. Now andhra Pradesh government to decided to give 20000 fees per annum including pm Kisan amount.
